If you are planning to offer for sale model trains, rolling stock or accessories at the 2026 Hills Model Railway Society Exhibition, please send an email to: HMRS_BringBuy@hmrs.org.au

An instruction sheet will be returned including a vendor registration form. Your completed form must be returned to the above email address no later than Friday, 4 April 2026.

Once your completed form has been received, the requested number of labels will be sent to you by post. You will also be emailed a detailed set of instructions plus an item list spreadsheet for you to record the items that you intend to sell.
