With digital command control (DCC), the operational concept behind the layout integrates Central Traffic Control. Programmed for DCC operated automatic route control, with user choice of DCC or alternately direct current (DC) locomotive operation. Seven CTC modules allow multi-user operation across the main and secondary lines, fiddle yards plus turntable to locomotive shed.
